So... Yesterday was Tuesday and I had to go back to school for SPA debrief (inserts sad emote here) early in the morning. But on the bright side, I went out with my girls afterwards! (:
We had planned this like, two weeks in advance and all of us were really hyped up about it because we were dying to watch (figuratively, please) it! I admit- I'm a real coward and I get scared superrrr easily. And - what the hell - I went to watch Ghost Child.
I was scared when I searched for the picture above. Whatttt. This shows how timid I am. *sigh*
Anyway if you haven't seen the movie, I shan't spoil it for you! It was really creepy with all the sound effects and the make up, I kid you not. I was shielding myself with a jacket the whole time and I held Gwyneth's hand like... Thrice? HAHAHA we were shaking and Gwyneth was screaming when the scary parts came. It was kind of hilarious (sorry gwyneth XD) but hell, I realised that she's a lot braver than me when we exited the theatre.
Ming Xuan and I were worried about the journey home because of the show and Gwyneth was all, "Oh yeah, I'm like totally cool with going home alone. I'm not scared outside of the cinema." Damnnnn. To make matters worse, Ming Xuan was telling us about CCHMS' ghost stories (mostly of NPCC) and it made me even more terrified. I had my eyes glued to my phone and my book all the way home because I was really scared. And I couldn't help but glance back after a few steps. You know, just in case. And I had to be in the lift all alone! To calm myself down, I sang out loud. In the lift.
._.
Basically the plot was really simple. It's about a ghost child (like duhhhh). But because of the horrific effects, it made this whole movie a lot scarier than it should be and it scared the sh*t out of me when the grandmother got flung back. I screamed at that part. But only that, so I guess I'm a brave soul? HAHAHA WHO AM I KIDDING. But Isabel and Stacia were literally grabbing on each other the whole while and I think they talked about the stripes on the ceiling or something in order to calm themselves down. And Gwen was just sitting there. Watching. Whatttttt. Ming Xuan was biting on her popcorn box and Gwyneth and I were trying to shield ourselves. Me using my jacket and Gwyneth with her bag and phone.
If you'd like to get scared for just a bit, then watch this. To be honest, I'm feeling okay today HAHAHA. I don't really feel afraid anymore. Until I saw the picture. *shivers* But yeah it's fine.
BUTTTTTT.
I'm going to watch yet another horror movie tomorrow (ohmygod save me)! YAY ME :) :) :) And guess which horror movie is it? THE RING.
Actually it was rather overdue- watching The Ring. We (Adriel, Katty, Ben, Quek Xue, Bing Xin and I) were supposed to watch it together over the December holidays last year but due to my busy schedule we kind of put it off until this week of March. And coincidentally, I went to watch Ghost Child yesterday too. I wonder how will I react when I see a black screen after watching it tomorrow. Maybe I'd freak out and refuse to watch the telly. Or just scream whenever my phone or the home phone rings because I'm positive that it's Sadako (or is it?) and she is out to murder me. Hmm. Time will tell. Just hope that everything would be okay and I actually manage to start on my holiday homework tomorrow.
