I know, you must be confused by the title. It has a deep meaning, really.
... Okay, maybe not. I wanted the title to be a triangle (but I was too lazy to google the triangle symbol, heh) to represent change. You know, delta and all?

So I was reading blog posts for a huge part of the morning and I realised something: a lot can change in a year. Just a year ago, I was a freshie in my JC and was still pretty excited about school life. Now, I'm pretty much a haggard wreck.
My friends have changed a great deal over a year, and it is... frightening. Not frightening because they've become somebody else - no, because the essence of them still remains -, but frightening because of how much they have changed. All of us were really tight around 1.5 years ago. We'd sit at a circular bench in the morning, studying our asses off and occasionally slacking because we all needed that bit of fun before taking our exams. Then things happened, things changed, and people changed. Now we're all separated and it seems a bit tough for us to meet up.

Situated in the sunny island of Singapore, Jolene recently (is 2 years considered recent?) graduated from university and is now working in a job she never expected herself to hold. Besides having frequent quarter-life crises, she also indulges in video games, anime, and aesthetic korean girls documenting their life in vlogs.
Although not as eloquent with words, she still aims to try her best to bring across her thoughts to the Internet.
